26 - second night of sound sleep (flat and not flat) after steps’ days of 3000 5300 2800 1200 evidence of no exercise.
26 - unlimited WWW and the NYT Briefs plus note taking only in a1829, harness the currency for MORe.
26 - replaced yet another computer case and ideated elastic organizational support for pockets, water bottle re-added.

26 - prior to 1200 steps the gymnastics of flat sleep revival over last two weeks debilitated Harv’s walk ability.
26 - as fast as a few days of bit actualization came, days of tired ensue a day of 700 steps.
26 - flat sleep has lapsed a bit but resolve is still there.   Several nights of good sleep experienced.  Longer durations.
26 - engaged PharmD for a half hour over BP drop in recent months with increase in dizziness maybe dehydrated.
26 - concluded caffeine withdrawal recently via no sodium soda w/ no caffeine caused dizziness thus caffeine back.
26 - lost WellCare health card and reordered with new PCP included.

25 - ClearLax upped finally fine-tuned?   Flat-seats RIM night/day provide skinny ankles (with focus on diet).

25 - flat RIM sleep gymnastics gives a body/mind too weak to continue with successive betterment bits.
25 - disability is a workers’ benefit without application over 66yo.  NCOA.org may be a good start.
25 - a foot long meatball sub at a secluded Subway may break the two-month ice cream habit. Maybe salad.
25 - stool concern: not drinking enough water, and not eating enough fiber.  Returned to old water bottle.

24 - manufacturer change for Rx checked out ok.  More cane use with dizzy increase.
24 - extended rain period gave opportunity for lower legs to loose water, which they did, but not as good as CA visit end.
24 - put ClearLax to shortest capful mark and only for McDouble.   Stool relatively dark not clumped.
24 - continue to struggle with flat-‘bed’ in terms of gymnastics aches of moving around in the RIM.
24 - flat bed sleep and sit now focused to move into feet up on steer wheel above head level. Lower legs close to normality!
