THIS (two-year) KID portrayed in the website header, absorbed radio melody as a toddler onward, eventually from his own radio.

The brain’s memory stores the gist of what the memory was about.  Harv frequently was aware of a pause in his learning focus — to mull, to muse, or to reflect on what was learned.  There are no words to that gist in the brain, unless Harv’s mind sets to expressing the learning to his self or others.  Thus — scientifically — journals exist to force gist ideas to mature from soft brain ‘feel’ into hard expression.  (see 2025w21 internet stream of thegreatcoursesplus.com “The Learning Brain” lesson 01: Learning101)

2025w21   The lyrics of the original 1930s song were implanted at a very young age, and the tune’s gist (see 25w21) remained in his mind forever. Those lyrics had life-long meaning for Harv’s soft brain feel GIST.

2025w14.  After Harv’s “happiest moment” of last week 25w13, Harv, on a local car drive for an inconsequential errand, he experienced a not unusual melodic moment — a song that has been mind-bound since his radio youth.

One of those 1940s “fella’s” fighting WWII, about his morrow’s self challenges (third level of love definition hierarchy).  And there he is, eight decades later, still working on his retirement, with a peaceful tropical picnic in the park most days, at rest in his recliner, housed in his self-warehouse with all his ‘quality’ as-sets —
