Comment 23w42:  I am becoming more morning cleanup/spiff oriented.  Changed popcorn from ’salt’ to ’sweetness’. Very tired this week, not as productive/creative — Harv thinks cognitive impairment decline.

*Health:  immunenaps, V8, clear sodas, COA basic, whole grain saltines, apple chunky peanut butter, protein bar/16oz water.  CKD protein levels: 80g 55g 45g 29g. 

*Nicetiessmile, sweet dreams, study: www slides papers  (BBC NPR NYT WaPo CNN Smerconish C-Span), self/RIM declutter, melodic but minor, J-L-F v s-h-f choice, blood family challenge, emotions stable, intellect active.

M2 surf/stream. iPad not used but updated, sound/light shows/storms, COA dine/‘computing’ ~8-4,
